How to Login in SFU Email
How to reset your password in SFU Email
To reset your password for your SFU email account, follow these steps:
Go to the SFU website and click on the "Email" link located in the top menu.
On the login page, click on the "Forgot your password?" link.
You will be directed to the password reset page.
Enter your SFU email address in the appropriate field.
Click the "Submit" button to begin the password reset process.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password and regain access to your SFU email account.
If you are unable to reset your password using these steps, you may need to contact the SFU IT support team for further assistance.

How to delete all emails in SFU Email
To delete all emails in your SFU email account, you can use the following steps:
Log in to your SFU email account.
Click on the "Inbox" folder to view your emails.
At the top of the page, click on the "Select" button and then choose the "All" option to select all of the emails in your Inbox.
Once all of the emails are selected, click on the "Delete" button to delete them.
Keep in mind that deleting emails will permanently remove them from your account, so be sure you want to delete them before doing so.
If you want to delete emails from a specific sender or with a specific subject, you can use the search function to find those emails and then delete them using the steps above.
If you have multiple email folders, you will need to repeat these steps for each folder to delete all emails from your account.
How to block spam in SFU Email
To block spam in your SFU email account, you can use the following steps:
Log in to your SFU email account.
Click on the email that you want to mark as spam.
Click on the "More" button located at the top of the email, and then choose the "Mark as spam" option.
This will move the email to your spam folder and help prevent similar emails from being delivered to your inbox in the future.
You can also set up filters to automatically block emails from specific senders or with specific subject lines. To do this, follow these steps:
Log in to your SFU email account.
Click on the "Settings" gear icon located at the top of the page.
Choose the "See all settings" option.
Click on the "Filters and blocked addresses" tab.
Click on the "Add a new filter" button.
Enter the email address or subject line that you want to block in the appropriate field.
Choose the "Delete it" option under "When a message arrives that matches this filter."
Click the "Create filter" button to apply the filter.
This will automatically delete any emails that match the specified criteria, helping to keep your inbox free of spam.
